ZXGD3111N7 OR'ing MOSFET Controller

Diodes Incorporated has extended its family of dedicated MOSFET ORing controllers with the ZXGD3111N7 which is designed for redundant power-supply architectures in telecom, data center, and server duties.

The ZXGD3111N7 is designed to fully enhance very low RDS(ON) power MOSFETs. This enables the replacement of lossy Schottky blocking diodes which in turn lowers the operating temperature and increases system integrity. By driving MOSFETs as ‘ideal diodes’, the controller improves the overall system efficiency of standard 48 V common rail systems.

  • -3 mV typical turn-off threshold with ±2 mV tolerance
