ATP’s AW12M64B8BLK0MW, AW12M7218BLK0MW, AW24M64F8BLK0MW, and AW24M7228BLK0MW are high-performance, 4 GB and 8 GB, DDR3-1600, industrial-grade, unbuffered ECC and unbuffered non-ECC, SODIMM, SDRAM memory modules. They are organized as 512M x 64, 512M x 72, 1024M x 64, and 1024M x 72 in a 204-pin, small outline dual-in-line memory module (SODIMM) package. These modules utilize eight, nine, sixteen, and eighteen 512Mx8 DDR3 SDRAMs in an FBGA package. These modules consist of a 256-byte serial EEPROM, which contains the modules configuration information.
