SG3225VAN, Low-Jitter SPXO

Epson's SG3225VAN is a low-jitter oscillator with LVDS outputs in a compact, 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 1.05 mm package. The SG3225VAN uses a PLL technology and AT fundamental crystal units for reliable operation, including startup at low temperatures. It features low power consumption (< 30 mA maximum) and excellent integrated phase jitter, well below 0.6 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The SG3225VAN operates from a 2.5 V to 3.3 V power supply and in temperature ranges from -40C to 85°C.
