TDC-GPX Time to Digital Converter

ams’ time to digital TDC-GPX converters come in single-, quad-, and eight-channel options that will cover most time measurement applications. With time intervals from zero to milliseconds, throughput rate up to 70 MSPS, and a timing resolution of better than 10 ps, these devices are ideal for industrial, medical, automotive, and scientific applications. The TDC-GPX family comes in several small packages including 64 QFN, 100 TQFP, and 120 TFBGA.
