Quad SPI FL-L NOR Flash

Cypress’ FL-L 3.0 V quad SPI NOR Flash provides high reliability, enhanced security, and 67 MBps read bandwidth even at an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, allowing high-performance embedded systems to store critical data. The FL-L family is AEC-Q100 qualified and supports PPAP requirements enabling automotive and industrial applications that require the larger temperature range. IoT applications that are power sensitive will also benefit from the deep power down mode and low-power consumption of the FL-L devices.

The FL-L family supports 4 KB uniform sector architecture and is a ‘drop-in’ replacement for similar competitor devices. The low-pin-count quad serial peripheral interface (SPI) reduces package sizes and enables a simplified board layout. Cypress has over three decades of memory leadership in the industry and continues to apply stringent testing and qualification processes to ensure all parts meet their world-class quality requirements.
