AD5681 / AD5682 / AD5683 Huge Power, Tiny Sized Vo

ADI’s AD5681 / AD5682 / AD5683 and AD5691 / AD5692 / AD5693 are part of the nanoDAC+ family. These DACs are 3 V and 5 V, rail-to-rail devices with SPI and I2C interfaces. nanoDAC+ are known for their low power, monotonic, voltage output precision in extremely small 2 mm x 2 mm packages. These 12- / 14- / 16-bit DACs have a digital voltage supply range of 1.8 V or 2.7 V to 5.5 V and an analog voltage supply range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The AD568x family are all SPI interface devices with internal references. The AD569x family are all I2C devices with internal references. Both the AD5683 and AD5693 have options of an external reference as well.
