This prevents contact stubbing and ensures smooth insertion and withdrawal of card and prevents incorrect insertion. It also assures secure PCB retention and eliminates the need to turn off power or remove the battery. These connectors provide optimum PCB real estate and vertical space savings. Max voltage is 10 V with a current max of 0.5 A. They have 10,000 cycles on the MicroSD and 5,000 cycles on the Micro-SIM.
