Littelfuse's SP1255 and SP1555 series TVS diode arrays provide up to 160 A (SP1255) or 120 A (SP1555) (tP=8/20 μs) peak current ESD protection per the IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition standard. Both are designed to provide superior clamping performance and lightning surge protection for the USB VBUS circuits of fast-charging peripherals and portable electronics. The SP1255 series is also AEC-Q101 qualified. With a space-saving 2.0 mm x 1.8 mm μDFN package and a typical height of 0.55 mm, both series are well-suited for use in applications where board space is limited.
