MagI³C-FISM Power Modules

The Wurth Electronics FISM series MagI³C power module features fixed input voltages of 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, and 24 V and fixed 5 V output, and is designed to be particularly suitable for applications in the field of interface isolation/communication (RS232, RS485, CAN) to eliminate ground loops. Typical 24 V to 5 V conversion at 0.2 A achieves 80% for SIP-4 and 81% for SIP-7 efficiency.

The FISM series of the MagI³C power modules are fixed output voltage, fully integrated DC/DC power supplies. The modules integrate the switching power stage, inductor, input, and output capacitors all in one package.

No external components for operation are required. Design effort and complexity is reduced to a minimum ensuring fast time to market and low development costs. The standard THT package allows for easy assembly.
