AD633 Four (4) Quadrant Analog Multiplier

ADI’s AD633 is a four quadrant, analog multiplier in either an 8-PDIP or 8-SOIC package. The device is laser calibrated which makes it reliable and stable with a guaranteed accuracy of 2% of full scale. There is a high 10 MΩ input resistance that makes the signal source loading negligible. The AD633 is ideal for applications that need high reliability and stable performance such as modulation / demodulation and voltage controller amplification.
