ams and RF Digital have teamed up to produce sensor products for the Internet of Things (IoT) world. ams’ TMG4903 is an ambient light and color (RGB) sensor in a very small 8-SMD (2.0 mm x 5.0 mm) package that has a temperature range of -30ºC to +85ºC. The TMG4903 takes a 1.7 V to 2.0 V input with low output terminal current of 20 mA. RF Digital’s Simblee™ Bluetooth ecosystem provides bidirectional communication needed for today's connected world. The Simblee platform offers connectivity to the Cloud for a variety of sensors which is ideal for our connected world today. Simblee is fully certified with FFC/IC and other agencies. The RFD77311 is an Arduino™ compatible sensor shield and the RFD77808 is a factory programmed kit; both are designed for the ambient light and color (RGB) TMG4903 sensor.
