SiT9003/SiT9002 Series Programmable Spread Spectru

The SiT9003 and SiT9002 series of MEMs oscillators from SiTime are the industry's lowest power programmable spread spectrum oscillator with a LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. They are single chip solutions that replace spread spectrum ICs and external crystals. The oscillators include a programmable drive strength feature to provide a simple, flexible tool to optimize the clock rise and fall time for specific applications. Benefits from the programmable drive strength feature include reduced system radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI) by up to 12 dB from slowing down the clock rise and fall time and improved clock receivers (RX) jitter downstream. These enable the ability of the SiT9003 and SiT9002 to drive large capacitive loads while maintaining full swing.
