Molex's electric bench press crimping machine offers easy plug-and-go installation and flexibility with interchangeable crimp heads. This enables convenient set-up and location and eliminates the need for an air pump. It improves the manufacturing process and reduces operator error and fatigue. The crimp speed is 10 mm per second. Changeable crimp heads are sold separately, and they cover type 2C, 4C, 4D, RHT, AT, and 4E crimp tools. These crimp heads are also used on Molex’s battery-powered crimping tool, 63816-0200 (Molex’s legacy hand tool), and now allows the user to use these heads on the electric crimping machine. It provides excellent cost savings when converting from hand to bench tools. The tool holding device turns 360 degrees with engagement points every 45 degress. The weight (with foot pedal) is approximately 19 kg / 41.88 lbs., and its operational voltage is 115 V / 220 V.
