HMC424A DC to 13 GHZ GaAs MMIC 6-Bit Digital Atten

ADI's HMC424A is a DC to 13 GHZ frequency GaAs MMIC 6-bit digital attenuator. This attenuator has a total attenuation of 31.5 dB with bit values of 0.5 least significant bit (LSB), 1 dB, 2 dB, 4 dB, 8 dB, and 16 dB. Benefits include a ±0.5 dB typical error, single control line per bit, and power of 180 mW. There are several packaging options including CLCC, VFQFN, SMD, and bare die. The operational temperature range on the finished devices is from -55°C to +85°C. The HMC424A is ideal for communications applications such as base stations, microwave, and test/measurement.
