ADI’s AD831x family has devices that can span the range from a low of DC to 10 GHz with multiple options in between. The dynamic range of these detectors are from 45 dB to 100 dB with a temperature drift from 0.5 dB to 1.25 dB. Typical current consumption of up to 68 mA with a voltage input from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. These detectors are designed for various radio frequency technologies such as cellular, GSM, CDMA, W-CDMA, RADAR, 802.11 Wi-Fi, 8.2.16/WiMAX, DCS, EDGE, and WLAN. The AD831x family comes in various pin configurations from 6 to 24 and they have a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. These detectors have several developmental platforms options to assist in the design, prototype, and validation process. The AD831x family is ideal for communication designs such has hand held radios, base stations, and radiolink transmitters.
