AD9208 14-Bit Dual Analog-to-Digital Converter (AD

ADI’s AD9208 is a 14-bit dual ADC with JESD204B coded serial digital outputs that support lane rates up to 16 Gbps per lane. Total power per channel of 1.65 W is achieved with a very low voltage supply of 0.975 VDC, 1.9 VDC, or 2.5 VDC. The AD9208 was designed for communication applications that required high sampling rate, excellent linearity, and wide bandwidth sampling of up to 5 GHz. This ADC comes in a 196-pin ball grid array (BGA) and has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The AD9208 is ideal for cellular infrastructure technologies of 3G/4G, LTE, LTE-A, W-CDMA, and TD-SCDMA.
