ADL560x Series of RF/IF Gain Blocks and Driver Amp

ADI offers a variety of ADL560x radio frequency (RF) and intermediate frequency (IF) gain blocks and driver amplifiers. The ADL5601 and ADL5602 are RF/IF gain blocks with frequency ranges from 50 MHz to 4 GHz. These gain blocks are powered from a 5 V supply and consume a very low 89 mA. Both the ADL5601 and ADL5602 are designed with InGap process and have an ESD rating of ±1.5 kV (Class 1C).

The ADL5604, ADL5605, and ADL5606 1 W RF drivers can support frequencies from 700 MHz up to 2.7 GHz. These RF drivers are design with GaAS HBT process in a very small 4 mm x 4 mm 16-pin LFCSP package. The ADL5605 and ADL5606 are pin-for-pin compatible which makes transitioning from one device to the other easy. These devices have an ESD rating of ±1 kV (Class 1C). Analog Devices ADL560x RF/IF gain blocks and driver amplifiers have a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. These devices are excellent choices for wireless communication, scientific test, and measurement systems.
