ADI’s ADUM4120 are single channel gate drivers that provide 2 A of isolated current. These drivers use ADI’s iCoupler technology that provide up to 5 K of V_RMS protection. The ADUM4120 comes in a 6-pin SOIC package that has an operational temperature range of -40°C to +125­°C. With three voltage input options to choose from the ADUM4120 has an isolated driver for any applications.
