Nexperia's PSMN series is a standard level N-channel MOSFET in a TO-220 or I²PAK package qualified to +175°C. This product is designed and qualified for use in a wide range of industrial, communications and domestic equipment. The PSMN will provide a well balanced synchronous FET solution with improved current ratings - making designs more robust, with better SOA and power ratings.
