Linear Technology/Analog Devices’ LT6003, LT6004, and LT6005 are single, dual, and quad op amps designed to maximize battery life and performance for portable applications. These amplifiers operate on supplies as low as 1.6 V and are fully specified and guaranteed overtemperature on 1.8 V, 5 V, and 8 V supplies while only drawing 1 µA maximum quiescent current. The ultra-low supply current and low operating voltage are combined with excellent amplifier specifications; input offset voltage of 500 µV maximum with a typical drift of only 2 µV/°C, input as current of 90 pA maximum, open loop gain of 100,000, and the ability to drive 500 pF capacitive loads, making the LT6003, LT6004, and LT6005 amplifiers ideal for battery powered applications such as handhelds, solar power, and test and measurement applications.
