SiTime's SiT3373 series of products are high frequency, programmable differential voltage controlled oscillators (VCXOs) that support LVPECL, LVDS, and HCLS output types. These oscillators offer 27 exceptionally linear absolute pull range (APR) options up to ±3145 ppm. Based on SiTime's unique Elite Platform™, this device delivers exceptional dynamic performance of 0.23 picosecond jitter, ±10 ppm, and 0.1% pull range linearity with the same excellent phase noise. Elite products are engineered to maintain these specs in the presence of common environmental hazards such as shock, vibration, power supply noise, EMI, and board bending.

The SiT3373 can be factory-programmed to any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range. This programmability enables designers to optimize clock configuration while eliminating the long lead time and customization cost associated with custom quartz VCXOs. SiTime's MEMS oscillator consists of a MEMS resonator and a programmable analog circuit. The SiT3373 MEMS oscillators are built with SiTime’s unique MEMS First™ process. A key manufacturing step is EpiSeal™ during which the MEMS resonator is annealed with temperatures over +1000°C. EpiSeal creates an extremely strong, clean, vacuum chamber that encapsulates the MEMS resonator and ensures the best performance and reliability in extreme, rugged environments.
