XP Power’s QHL series of brick type DC-DC converters include output power ranges of 600 W or 750 W and are designed for 300 V_DC nominal input applications. These two series are packaged in an industry standard full-brick format measuring 4.60" x 2.40" x 0.50" (116.8 mm x 61.0 mm x 12.7 mm). Both ranges offer single outputs, with high efficiency between 89% and 92%, and carry approvals for ITE/industrial applications.

The input voltage range for the QHL600 is 180 V_DC to 425 V_DC and 200 V_DC to 425 V_DC for the QHL750, which is ideal for AC input applications with PFC, baseplate cooled ESG solutions and high voltage battery applications such as electric vehicles.

Single output models with 12 V_DC, 24 V_DC, or 48 V_DC are available with the QHL600 range while the QHL750 series offers six models with 12 V_DC, 15 V_DC, 24 V_DC, 28 V_DC, 36 V_DC, or 48 V_DC options with an additional 10 V_DC / 20 mA output. The output voltage for both series can be adjusted from 60% to 110% via an external trim pin and resistor.

Remote sense can compensate for up to 10% variations in the output voltage. Other signals include an isolated remote on/off (negative logic optional) and a DC OK signal. The units are able to current share in both N+1 and parallel configurations. Protection features include input overvoltage, undervoltage lockout, overvoltage, and current limit.
