SIT936x High Performance Differential Oscillators

Built on the Elite Platform™, the MEMS-based SiT936X family from SiTime Corporation is engineered to handle common environmental hazards, such as shock, vibration, and EMI. With 0.02 ps/mV PSNR, these oscillators are ideal for Ethernet, PCIe, and fiber channel applications. They are available in the smallest 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm differential package and support LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output with any voltage between 2.5 V and 3.3 V and in any frequency from 1 MHz to 725 MHz. The SiT9365 series of differential oscillator supports 32 commonly used output frequencies for networking, storage, server, and FPGA clocking. The SiT9367 ultra-low jitter differential oscillator supports any frequency from 220.000001 MHz to 725 MHz in 1 Hz increments. Based on SiTime's unique Elite Platform, this device delivers exceptional dynamic performance of 0.23 ps jitter and ±10 ppm in the presence of common environmental hazards such as shock, vibration, power supply noise, EMI, and board bending.

SiTime’s MEMS oscillators exhibit performance far greater than comparable crystals oscillators. SiTime has in-house MEMS and analog CMOS expertise, which allows SiTime to develop the most reliable products. Oscillators are available in plastic packages which are up to 54 times more immune to external electromagnetic fields than quartz oscillators. These MEMS oscillators are vacuum sealed using an advanced EpiSeal process that eliminates foreign particles which provides long term aging and reliability.
