PSoC® 4100S Plus Microcontrollers

Cypress Semicondutor's PSoC 4100 MCU family is a series of Arm® Cortex®-M0 and M0+ microcontrollers that add intelligent analog to the PSoC 4 architecture via programmable analog blocks. These are hardware modules that can be configured to create custom analog front ends (AFEs) and signal conditioning circuits with op amps and filters.

Cypress’ introduces another addition to the PSoC 4100 MCU family – the PSoC 4100S Plus MCU, which delivers Cypress’ fourth-generation, low-power (3 µA) CapSense® solution with an SNR >300:1 as well as smart I/Os which enable last-minute feature changes without PCB spins. PSoC 4100S Plus MCUs enable embedded designs with increased Flash memory, more I/Os, and more peripherals.

  • Eight TCPWM blocks and five SCB blocks
