MAX22445 Reinforced 4-Channel Digital Isolator

The MAX22445 is a reinforced, fast, low-power 4-channel digital galvanic isolators using Maxim’s proprietary process technology. This isolator transfers digital signals between circuits and features reinforced isolation to withstand voltage rating of 5 kVRMS or 60 seconds. The MAX22445 offers unidirectional channel configurations and has three channels transmitting data in one direction and one channel transmitting in the opposite direction, making it ideal for applications such as isolated SPI and RS-485 communication. The IC has a maximum data rate of 200 Mbps. Independent 1.71 V to 5.5 V supplies on each side of the isolator also make the device suitable for use as level translators. The MAX22445 is available in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package and is rated to work within the industrial temperature of -40°C to +125°C.

Features
  • Reinforced galvanic isolation for 200 Mbps max. data rate
