TE0714 Series System on Module (SoM) with Xilinx A

Trenz Electronic’s TE0714 series SoM is an FPGA module integrating a Xilinx Artix-7, 16 MByte Flash memory for configuration, operation, and powerful switch-mode power supplies for all onboard voltages. Many configurable I/Os are provided via rugged high-speed stacking strips. This series is available with 3.3 V or special 1.8 V configuration. TE0714 is the smallest module with transceivers.

There is a base board available for this module. The latest documentation, design support files, and reference designs with source files are available for download free of charge.

All modules produced by Trenz Electronic are developed and manufactured in Germany.

The Artix-7 family is optimized for low-power applications requiring serial transceivers and high DSP and logic throughput. It provides a low total bill of materials cost for high-throughput, cost-sensitive applications.
