3M’s Fastbond foam adhesive 100NF was designed to be an extremely versatile, heat-resistant adhesive that bonds a wide range of lightweight materials. Its post-forming, permanent bond provides fast results. The spray formula has a pebble spray pattern, is fire-resistant in its wet state, is easy to dispense, and when not being sprayed, can be applied directly by using a brush or roller.

Fastbond foam adhesive 100NF has a medium tack and a high-temperature resistance. The high-solid content supports its low soak-in property which gives time to reposition. This attribute also provides higher coverage than competing spray adhesives and helps create soft, non-dimpling glue lines. The combination of medium tack, strong bond, and clean appearance, paired with its high-temperature resistance, makes it ideal for foam and fabric where flammability is a factor.
