LTC2066/LTC2067 Zero-Drift Operational Amplifier (

Linear Technology/Analog Devices' LTC2066 and LTC2067 are single, low power, zero-drift, 100 kHz op amps. These op amps enable high resolution measurement at extremely low power levels of 7.5 μA typical current and 10 μA maximum current. The available shutdown mode has been optimized to minimize power consumption in duty-cycled applications and features low charge loss during power-up, reducing total system power. The LTC2066 and LTC2067's self-calibrating circuitry results in very low input offset (5 μV maximum) and offset drift (0.02 μV/°C). The maximum input bias current is only 35 pA and does not exceed 150 pA over the full specified temperature range. The extremely low input bias current of the op amp allows the use of high value power-saving resistors in the feedback network. With its ultra-low quiescent current and outstanding precision, the LTC2066/LTC2067 can serve as a signal chain building block in portable, energy harvesting, and wireless sensor applications.
