Digi International's Digi WR44RR are ruggedized enterprise-class cellular routers for transportation applications. These routers are perfect for the on-board passenger rail applications due to their security features and performance. These routers offer 3G/4G multicarrier cellular plus integrated Wi-Fi ac/b g/n; a/n access point, serial, and 4-port Ethernet switch. They also include full on-board train certifications, including AAR S-9401 and EN50155. Communication interfaces include hardened connectors, including M12 for Ethernet and serial as well as TNC connectors for antenna connections.

WR44RR routers offer dual SIM for carrier redundancy, cellular to Wi-Fi auto-switch, and can be managed by Digi Remote Manager® configuration, device management, and troubleshooting tools. The WR44-M8G4-AE1-MD is designed for use in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The WR44-L9G4-AE1-MD is for use in Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand.
