LTC2063/LTC2064 1.3 μA Low Power Zero-Drift Operat

Linear Technology/Analog Devices' LTC2063 and LTC2064 is a single and dual low power, zero-drift, 20 kHz operational amplifier (op amp). These op amps enable high-resolution measurement at extremely low power levels. Typical supply current is 1.4 μA with a maximum of 2 μA. The available shutdown mode has been optimized to minimize power consumption in duty-cycled applications and features low charge loss during power-up, reducing total system power.

The LTC2063 and LTC2064's self-calibrating circuitry results in very low input offset (5 μV max) and offset drift (0.02 μV/°C). The maximum input bias current is only 20 pA and does not exceed 100 pA over the full specified temperature range. The low input bias current of these op amps allows the use of high-value power-saving resistors in the feedback network. With its ultra-low quiescent current and outstanding precision, the LTC2063/LTC2064 can serve as a signal chain building block in portable, energy harvesting, and wireless sensor applications. These op amps are available in 6-lead SC70, 5-lead TSOT-23, 8-lead MSOP, and 10-lead DFN packages and is fully specified over the -40°C to +85°C and -40°C to +125°C temperature ranges. The LTC2063/LTC2064 is ideal for energy harvesting, gas detection, and temperature measurement applications.
