AL1781/AL1782 Single- and Dual-Channel Dimmable Li

Diodes' AL1781 and AL1782 are single- and dual-channel dimmable linear LED drivers with PWM dimming control and are targeted for 1-channel dimmable and 2-channel tunable smart connected lighting (SCL) applications. They serve as the LED driving element, along with AC-DC power conversion block and intelligent wireless MCU as emerging connected lighting applications. The AL1781 and AL1782 key merits attribute to dimming performance, low standby power, ease of system implementation, and great scalability. They support high-frequency E-flicker-free PWM dimming with deep dimming capability and good linearity. When no PWM signal is detected by the AL1781 or AL1782, they will automatically enter the low-power mode to comply with ENERGY STAR® standby power requirements for connected lighting. The AL1781 and AL1782 integrate adaptive thermal management (ATM) scheme to minimize nonproductive power dissipation, and they can support high LED current (up to total 1500 mA) applications.
