Essentra's edge clip cable tie mounts are installed by pushing the tie holder onto the edge of a panel to accept a cable tie and mount a cable bundle. These ties have a retention of 45 lbs. based on a 0.078 in panel thickness. They are used for fixing and bundling cables and wires within automotive, heavy equipment, solar panel, wind power, and white goods equipment manufacturing. Essentra's edge clip cable tie mounts provide very strong retention force when attached to the side of a metal panel and an even stronger retention force when attached to the side of a plastic panel. The edge clip provides low insertion force and high extraction force.
