Apex Microtechnology’s PA194 is the next addition to Apex’s high-speed, high-voltage line of linear operational amplifiers. The PA194 operates off a 900 V supply capable of up to 2100 V/µs slew rate, 30 W power dissipation, and low noise. It is designed for applications where high voltage with fast rise and fall times and low noise is key. The PA194 utilizes discrete components packaged in an 8-pin power SIP with metal head tab measuring just 57 mm x 30 mm. The PA194 also has an integrated standby mode with a low quiescent current of 4 mA which contributes to overall system efficiency.
