Samtec’s Mini Mate series is a discrete wire cable assembly on 0.100” (2.54 mm) pitch with 20 AWG to 30 AWG wire. The rugged, individually shrouded contacts are designed for reliability. Contacts are rated up to 4.8 A per pin. Mini Mate is offered in PVC or Teflon® cable in single or double row with up to 25 I/Os per row. Complete assemblies or components are offered. Mini Mate products are capable of cable-to-cable mating and come in a variety of standard and custom pinouts. Selectively loading contacts achieves customer specific creepage and clearance requirements. Optional rugged latching is available in plastic or metal. A full line of power board-to-board configurations, combination power/signal systems, and cable-to-board products are also available.
