TMUX6112 Quad SPST Switch

Texas Instruments' TMUX6112 is a modern complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device that has four independently selectable single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches. The device works well with dual supplies (±5 V to ±16.5 V), a single supply (10 V to 16.5 V), or asymmetric supplies. The digital inputs have transistor-transistor logic (TTL) compatible thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility.

The TMUX6112 uses Logic 1 to turn on the switches. The device has ultra-low leakage current and charge-injection, allowing it to be used in high-precision measurement applications. A low supply current of 17 µA makes the device suitable in portable applications.
