The EPCOS' EP6 series transformer is an SMD component targeting ultrasonic sensor applications. Features such as narrow inductance tolerances, low inductance drift-over temperature, and high peak voltages enable this transformer to be used in ultrasonic parking assist, industrial distance measuring, and robotics applications. High shielding against EMC impact is possible due to the closed magnetic field and metal cap design.
