Vishay's eSMP series rectifiers offer 2.0 A, 3.0 A, and 5.0 A standard recovery with ESD capability for use in consumer and automotive applications. These rectifiers feature oxide planar chip technology with a reverse voltage from 100 V to 600 V. The eSMP series rectifiers come in a very low profile SMPA (DO-221BC) package with a typical height of 0.95 mm.
